Protocol: "One Better / One More"
“One Better / One More” is a collaboration protocol that promotes professional growth through the thoughful creation of a high-quality academic resources. The graphic organizer document advances the educator through 6 phases: select, analyze, decide, create, refine, and share. This process helps to turn ideas into actionable learning plans. It also makes visible the planner's thinking so that others can see his/her professional growth and skill development.
This protocol asks you to start with one existing academic resource and to use it as inspiration for the creation of an additional resource.
