Research project lesson in which students research a public health issue in order to disseminate facts about the issue via a bookmark (assessment). Â This lesson plan includes embedded assessment, activities, materials, and curriculum connections to science. Allows students to define a public health issue and research it. Students then decide what information is most relevant to the public by placing it on a bookmark for u201cpublication.u201d This resource allows for extensive connections to science and health.
