Professor Garfield Fact or Opinion
This free app uses a cartoon character to teach the language arts concept of fact and opinion to middle elementary to lower high school aged students. It is funny for the kids, and keeps their attention, as well as teaching the concept clearly.
This is a free app. It is not a video exactly, it is more like a series of comic strips, but it teaches the concept.
