Dirtmeister's Science Lab: Spring is Sprung
The Dirtmeister provides plenty of resources for experimenting with science. His main goal is to make learning about science fun, and in this example, he uses celery and food coloring to illustrate how water travels through plants.
This illustrates the ability of a plant to pull water through it's cells. Students investigate if the leaves of a celery stalk helps to draw the water through the plant.
