These brief video segments can be used alone or in combination, to introduce topics or to generate discussion on adaptations, learned/innate behavior, symbiotic relationships. The video segments can be adapted for any level of biology and suggested focus questions are provided. The excellent videos from Nature combined with the lesson activities (clink on link on right side of page) provide resources for helping students understand and then apply their understanding about symbiotic relationships, learned and innate behaviors, and adaptations. The video segments are long enough to engage students but not so long that students will not stay focused.
