Punctuation Rap
This link contains lyrics for a "Punctuation Rap," and also has a sample of both a rap and a blues version of the song. The focus of the rap is on the question mark, period, comma, colon, quotation marks, exclamation point, and apostrophe.
This song could be used to introduce a punctuation unit or as a supplement to a lesson on punctuation. Since all punctuation is not taught together, the teacher could focus on only one part of the song for a particular lesson until the entire song has been learned. Extensions or enrichment might include having students write their own rap based on their understanding of different types of punctuation. For a more advanced version using more difficult punctuation, see http://www.educationalrap.com/song/dots-and-dashes-punctuation.html
