Literary Terms - Pete's PowerPoints
This is a website that contains numerous PowerPoint presentations over literary terms. Everything from conflict to idioms to onomatopoeia is covered on this site.
Many of these slide shows are excellent. They cover definitions of literary terms and give examples of each; a few even include formative assessments in the slides. Some have great colors and cute clip art that will appeal to students. Other presentations included here aren't very engaging. They lack color or graphics, but all contain good information. These slides could be used for review or instruction and fit a variety of grade levels.
