Which Tool?
Students are presented with various situations where they need to know about a physical property of some matter. They click on the tool they would use to answer the question (ruler, scale, measuring cup, thermometer).
The interactive on-line activity is engaging, and students are given immediate feedback about the accuracy of their selections, and a second chance to choose a tool if their first choice is incorrect. The activity could be used as an assessment.
