DNA from the Beginning
This site was developed by the DNA Learning Center and serves as a primer for understanding classic genetics, the molecules of genetics and genetic organization and control. The entire site is organized around key concepts which are then fleshed out using images, animations and tutorials.
This website is simple enough for a middle-schooler to understand with a little guidance. It would serve as a great resource for teachers and students alike depending on how it is utilized. Students could be asked to review the information prior to covering the topics in class and teachers could use the information for refreshing their memories of concepts.
