I have been an educator in the field of Special Education for sixteen years. I began my career working with students who were Trainable Mentally Delayed in South Carolina. I returned to Tennessee where I was a 5th grade teacher for students with Learning Disabilities at a private school. I moved to middle school and taught students receiving academic support and services in both the special education and general.
