Kristin's four years of teaching experience have fueled her interest in and commitment to providing the best training for today's classroom teachers. A graduate of Lipscomb's undergraduate and master's programs, Kristin began working in the College of Education in 2011. Her primary research interests are engaging high-achieving student for the teaching profession, induction and mentoring of new teachers, and school design and innovation.
